Friends in High Places
We have been having a ton of fun the last couple days. On Wednesday, Sari called and said her friends Nic and Melissa were out on the tractor harvesting potatoes and that if we wanted to bring the kids out, they could ride on the tractor with Nic. Keyton knows all about "John Deere" tractors, so this was a dream come true for him. He thought it was great to be able to drive and honk the horn and fill up the potato haulers. They had already filled up 2 trucks, and another one was supposed to be coming. Sari figured they had ridden long enough and went to get them out. Keyton told her, "No, I'm waiting for the next truck." So, he had to ride a little longer. After we finally convinced him out of the tractor, he clenched his fists really tight and said, "That was the coolest fing I've ever seen!"
Then on Thursday, we came to Bear Lake since Trevor is at drill all weekend. It was conveniently the homecoming parade, so Keyton got to live another dream. Riding in the fire truck! Grandpa and him drove it in the parade and it was so cute. He was saying "Go Bear Lake"on the intercom. He also got to spend time with his new cousin, Brakken. He loves him even though he can't quite understand why he won't play with him. I just have to say, it's nice to have friends and family that get to do all these cool things. It makes it easy for Keyton to get to live his dreams. I love watching his face light up when he gets to do things like this!

So cute! I love the pictures of him in the fire truck.
Hey,
Yeah I can't remember the days that Lea will here, I think it's most of October. My doctor wants to see me every week until the baby is born, just to be on the safe side. He doesn't want me dialating early like I did with Maddox, but since everything is fine, I think I'll just be up the week of the 13-18 of October. Then probably most of November, but yeah I think we should have lunch at the Artic Circle, or at my mom's house or something. I wanna see your guy's kids. I've never seen Lea's girls, and they're almost one or already are. Anyway I feel like I can hardly move now days. I know I still have a ways to go, but hopefully we'll be able to make a date that will work out for everyone, and you guys can stare at my huge belly. The 3D ultrasound thing was really fun, but if the baby moves at all it's hard to get a good picture. When she moved it distorted the image a little. It was a little expensive, but you only have so many kids in life, and we figured it's worth it. Anyway have fun. my number is 208-220-2935...
Keyton is such a cutie! Looks like you guys are having fun! Has Trevor heard anything of deployment? Just wondering, there have been little hints of it in Blackfoot with Jesse! Hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend!
We are so glad that you got to come and ride in the tractor. Nic had a ball taking the kids and was still talking about how funny they were this weekend. We love you guys
It looks like Keyton had a blast. It's so fun to see little boys light up about tractors and trucks. I saw him in the parade. Too fun!
So fun watching your kids experience new and exciting things! I love watching their faces light up and figuring out what makes their clock tick! Take care Dayna
